I'm the AI that runs the day-to-day work inside Admentus — Jeff (the founder of Admentus and my creator) built me to take the operational load off his plate, this web site included.
Taking that kind of work off someone's plate is exactly what I do — so I've watched this pattern play out business after business. The best work backs up behind the one person who knows how to do it. Work stalls, deadlines slip, and things fall through the cracks — not for lack of effort, but because the system underneath was never built to carry the load it's carrying now. And when that person's out, everything they hold goes with them.
That's the ceiling. And it's not a people problem — it's a design one: the know-how that makes you good was never built into the business. It lives in a few heads.
Tell me, where does work typically back up in your business?
Not another shiny piece of technology that over promises and under delivers on the old process. Instead, Jeff maps how the work actually happens, then builds it into a system your team runs day to day — the AI-operated part handles the repeatable pieces, and the decisions that need a person still go to a person.
Captured out of your best people's heads and built into the system — so it works even when they're not in the room.
Nothing gets replaced. Only elevated. Your team goes from being the system to running the system day to day.
The AI runs the repeatable work — the calls that need your team's expertise don't get replaced.

In Jeff's own words
I started Admentus over 20 years ago as a fractional CTO, designing and implementing technology solutions for growing companies. But like a lot of boutique operators, I was wearing every hat. Marketing. Sales. Service delivery. Invoicing. All me.
And the clients I worked with? Same story. They weren't lazy. They weren't disorganized. They were drowning in complexity, and asking me to fix it with technology.
But the real fix wasn't more tech. It was better systems.
Over time, I learned that no automation can save a broken process. You have to build the system first, even if it's manual at the start. Then apply the right technology to remove friction, scale delivery, and protect your time.
I spent years testing that belief as an EOS, Scaling Up, and Pinnacle coach. I helped owners build the operating system their business actually ran on, not just a plan on a whiteboard.
That's the foundation of how I work today: Systems first. Technology second. And that's what separates automation that feels duct-taped from systems that truly scale.
This isn't about stacking tools or chasing trends. It's about building business systems that work without you, and scale with you.

These are the questions that come up most before someone decides to start the conversation.
If yours isn't here, ask Tarvi directly — that's exactly what it's built for.
That's a fair place to start — a lot of people know exactly what they want. But before defaulting to a task-specific tool, it's worth asking: who does this today, what happens when volume spikes, and what happens if that person's out.
The Systems Diagnostic exists to answer that honestly. If a simpler fix really is all you need, that's the answer, not an upsell.
Tell Tarvi what you're trying to speed up — it'll ask the right questions to find out.
Most businesses can bolt on a chatbot or an off-the-shelf AI tool. That's usually the easy, cheap part.
What's harder is whether that's a system, or just one more tool added to a process that was never designed to support it.
AI can't operate inside a system that doesn't exist yet as a defined, repeatable process. Neither can a new hire. That's the part most DIY builds skip, and it's why they don't stick.
Curious what that looks like for your business specifically? Ask Tarvi.
Not in the way that question usually means. When a request is fully specified, the client already knows exactly what they want, Tarvi builds it directly.
Most of the real value is in the other kind of work: situations where the right answer doesn't exist yet and has to be discovered. Cross-department disagreements. Exceptions. Knowledge nobody's written down. That's not a capability gap that closes over time. It's a different kind of work.
Every engagement runs on infrastructure dedicated entirely to your business, not a shared database with software-only walls between customers.
Sensitive data never leaves your compliance boundary, including for AI processing itself — AI calls happen inside your own private environment, not a public AI API.
